About this notice
This notice explains how ALD Labs handles personal information provided through this website and related enquiries. You can contact us at connect@aldlabs.com.au with a privacy question, request or complaint.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, organisation, service interest and message you provide. Our hosting and email providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, delivery records and access logs. Please do not include health records, passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, arrange discussions and prepare a proposed engagement where appropriate. Technical information is used to operate the site, diagnose faults and help prevent misuse. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Service providers and disclosure
The website and business email use Hostinger services. Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver those services. Information may be processed outside Australia depending on the provider and account configuration; this website does not promise Australian-only storage. We may also disclose information where required by law. Contact us if you need further information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
Website technologies
The site does not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The enquiry form uses a short-lived session cookie for security when it connects to the live form service. The site may load its Lora and Manrope typefaces from Google Fonts; doing so sends standard connection information, including your IP address, to Google. No enquiry fields are sent to the font service.
Storage and security
Enquiries sent through the live form are delivered to our business mailbox. The website does not maintain a separate database of enquiry messages. Access is restricted to those handling the enquiry and relevant service providers. We retain correspondence for the enquiry and any resulting business or legal requirements, and review records when they are no longer needed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Access, correction and concerns
Email connect@aldlabs.com.au to request access to or correction of information you have provided, ask us to remove information we no longer need, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. We will consider your request and explain any limits that apply. You can also seek information about Australian privacy rights and complaint options from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
