Chirag Gujarati
Founder & Principal Consultant
Chirag Gujarati is a senior transformation and innovation leader with more than two decades of experience across Australia, India and Europe. His career brings together institutional leadership, entrepreneurship, executive education and digital transformation, complemented by AI product work in financial services and health technology.
He has held Dean and Director roles with responsibility for organisational strategy, financial performance and multidisciplinary teams. His experience spans leading institutional change, directing international learning transformation and shaping digital products, bringing a broad management perspective to technology and innovation decisions.
At Wadhwani Foundation, Chirag led the transformation of entrepreneurship learning into a digital, multilingual ecosystem across more than 10 countries.
Chirag has also developed executive learning through Emeritus for institutions including IIM Kozhikode, the Asian Institute of Management and IIT Roorkee.
As Founder and Principal Consultant of ALD Labs, he leads the practice’s work in product leadership, AI transformation and learning, helping business and higher education leaders shape initiatives and guide them into implementation.
